Tomatoes, Better Boy, Early Girl Raised bed. The raised bed tomato garden. The goal around here is always to eat the first tomato in July. This photo was taken July 29th. It helps if you have a greenhouse.

The Katydid in the Chicago Petticoat Daylily seemed interested in only the pollen.

 Mom and the twins. They've been hanging around our five acres all spring and summer. They watch us when we walk out the driveway to get the mail. The fawns are cute but I think mom has already taught them where our garden in the front yard is for next spring.

 This is our little courtyard behind the house. It's a mixture of hardy perennials and potted tropical plants out of the greenhouse.
