SEPTEMBER
Two Brugmansias (Angel's Trumpet) recently moved in the greenhouse as the result of a frost warning.

I know, the photo album is loaded with deer pictures but so is our yard this time of year. Is was a good year for acorns.
This Fuchsia is probably 6-8 years old. Every year I move it into the greenhouse, and stop watering it. It stays dormant. In the early spring I cut it way back and give it small amounts of water until I see leaf buds and off it goes again. The blossoms started late this year. All of the tips were "pruned" by a deer that sneaked through our gate, into the courtyard in the spring.
